A hair and makeup salon in Namba, Osaka. Eighty percent of customers request “eyebrow trimming.” In today's mask-wearing society, where most of the face is covered, eyebrows are gaining attention. A company employee who noticed her bushy eyebrows on the computer screen. A woman who felt self-conscious about her thick eyebrows leaves with a smile after having them neatly trimmed. Thirty percent of customers are men, and some businessmen say the time spent here is necessary to calm their minds. Over three days, I observed eyebrows and listened to each person's story.
