Season 2 Episode 55 - The Tickle Feather Machine, Part 3
Simon uses his tickle feather machine on some people that cause them to laugh. Sweet Polly notices the strange laughing phenomenon when she interviews voters who just walk by and laugh. Seeing Simon, she goes to tell Underdog who doesn't worry, because there are millions of voters across the country. Simon and Cad realize this as well, and so Simon decides to mass-produce his magical tickling feathers and dump them everywhere, so everybody everywhere laughs endlessly. Once Underdog finishes his business with the Leaning Tower, he flies to the voting booths with Polly where the two villains cast the votes. Simon makes feathers tickle both Polly and Underdog.
