Season 2 Episode 46 - The Silver Thieves, Part 2
An electric shock from one of the silver thieves paralyzes Underdog. Everyone in the city tries to revive him, but their efforts fail to bring him back. In desperation, they pour sand on him and somehow the sand brings him back to life. When the citizens tell Underdog about these ghostlike creatures that are stealing the silver, he explains that the crooks are actually Cloudmen from another planet in a distant solar system and that they're stealing the silver in order to give themselves a silver lining. Taking Sweet Polly Purebred in his arms, the pair head for the Cloudmen's planet. There, Underdog tries to fight King Cumulus Regulus and his Cloudmen. But without his ring and his super energy pills, our hero is unable to fight against the electrifying powers of the Cloudmen. Soon both Underdog and Polly are paralyzed.
