Ruth battles frustrations about her husband Oca's (Jay Manalo) lack of ardor, Celine prepares for her son Santi's (Nelsito Gomez) homecoming, while Frida longs for a fresh start after a bad marriage. Meanwhile, The mysterious fourth Tita, Josa (Lorna Tolentino), runs into trouble with the cops. This moves the Titas to rush to the police station, where they meet Josa's daughter Gabbi (Angelica Panganiban). A shakeup in their lives looms ahead.
