Ip Ching makes a debut speech for her bill in LegCo. She has also invited Vice-Secretary-General, W.H.C.O. to rally behind her. Yat-to and Tong Ming launch a counter-attack on Ip Ching. Ip Ching wants to convince Tong Ming to support her, but Tong Ming maintains that doctors should focus on saving lives. Some patient’s cancer cells spread to the spinal cord. Oi-ling and oncology perform joint surgery, and chief surgeon astonishingly turns out to be Ip Ching. Some woman suffers from pulmonary hypertension, and Tong Ming advises her to terminate her pregnancy. Zoe So feel uneasy as she sees what is happening. And then Zoe So tells Tong Ming she will marry him subject to certain conditions. Zoe So asks Oi-ling how did she start going out with Yat-to.
