The town of Beaver Falls is stricken with fear with the Highheel Bandit on the loose and the neighborhood rallies together and forms a task force headed by two member's of The Happy Guys of Pittsburgh club. This leads George, Kevin and Mr. Belvedere to dress and drag and serve as decoys. Meanwhile, Wesley corrupts the young boy whom Heather has been babysitting for.
