Next it’s a French-Asian fusion with the Dim-Ssam-a-Go-Go truck in Miami where we go-go crazy for their Cracklin’ Duck Herb Sandwich. Then it’s a ride to Hawaii to feast on Filipino fusion food at the Flip’t Out truck. And finally, we get bent out of shape with delight at the Crooked Spoon truck in Orlando to try out their Mac N Cheese and a Swordfish dish with Shrimp and grits.
