Season 4 Episode 5 - Inazuma Japan Withdrawal Test!
The withdrawal exam is that the members have to miss five penalty kicks without a goalkeeper. All the members take the exam except for Tenma, Tsurugi, Shindou, Matatagi and Ibuki.
