Lopez's death rocks the police station. While awaiting a new leader, Ciccone takes over temporarily. Sciacca and Battiston investigate a suspicious murder, while a new boss emerges: Michele Malinconico. Gabriele receives an offer from him to secure his freedom. Sciacca and Battiston investigate a hitman linked to a Colombian clan who has arrived in Naples to eliminate a group of traffickers. The operation is overseen by Ludovica Belforte, head of the Anti-Drug Unit, who implicates Spaccanapoli and reveals his ties to Malinconico.
