Dot tells her, if in doubt, try a dose of tough love - but when Jenny tries this approach, it only makes the situation worse. Bec tells her to ignore the troublemakers, but this doesn't work either. Finally, inspired by a chat with Bridget, she decides that the best course of action is to become mates with her students.
