Garrett loves its location in an area with rapidly increasing property values, but Katy has never liked the house and wants a better work space for her home-based business. Designer Hilary Farr has a plan to solve some of the functional issues with the house and make it more Katy's style, while Realtor David Visentin sets out to find the family a better home where they can start over.
