When Mario and Emmi end up in Uppsala in the 1760s, they suffer from one of the most common diseases of that time, namely malaria. Unfortunately, in the 18th century, very little was known about the disease, and just as little about how to treat or cure it. Mario and Emmi are offered strong drinks, forced to bathe fully clothed and finally meet their fate in "dead or alive". How will it go?
