After apprehending three of the city's top criminals, Lt. Conrad "Connie' Rose and his team find a new fugitive added to their list: a stone-cold cop-killer named Machado, who escaped from custody. Now, the clock is ticking as the Fugitive Task Force calls on all their training and resources to bring in Machado before he kills again.
