Boran is shocked to find Sıla in bed. He tries to understand why he's not going. Sıla explains that it is not enough to protect herself alone, and that Narin was forced to be taken by Firuz. Boran is furious when he hears this, but he assures Sıla that Narin will be safe with his mother's father. Sıla is not convinced. Boran promises to Sıla that he will go and see Narin. In the meantime, he was furious that Cihan Esma did not return to Istanbul. He goes to Esma to talk about it. He'd be so happy to see Esma Cihan.
