In order to speed up the replacement of old teammates and new blood, Jiang Yu proposes an idea to Song Yan but he disagrees with him. Song Yan thinks a fire scene is extremely dangerous and the new blood don’t have enough experience so they only are the reserves. Jiang Yu just wishes to avoid more meaningless sacrifices between the firefighters.
