A poll of 18-30-year-olds commissioned by the BBC reveals that more than half are considering future cosmetic procedures or surgery. Of those who have already taken the plunge, 29% are unhappy with the results. So could knowing more in advance help us make the right decision – whatever that might be? Top surgeon Sultan Hassan gives four people who are planning to have surgery ringside seats as he operates on an existing patient. Each of the four are accompanied by a friend or family member with their own views about the surgery.
