Modern-day hunter-gatherer Daniel Vitalis takes us on an exciting culinary journey, reminding us of a time when communities relied on each other and the landscape for their food. From the mountains to the sea, and all the terrain in between, Daniel is joined by his friends and family to hunt, fish and forage hard-won ingredients from the wild. With the help of expert hunters, native cooks, and trained chefs, each adventure becomes more than a meal - it’s a glimpse into the wildlife, gear, cooking, and culture that embodies the rapidly growing wild foods way of life.
