Jordan's frustrations with Elle's lack of effort reach an all-time high when he discovers that his assistant Latvia has been fired by Elle. While Marvin helps Molly flyer for tutoring jobs, he opens up about paying for a professional cuddler. A stranger assumes that Molly's bloated endo belly is a pregnant belly. Walking off the insult and hurt, Molly finally explains her situation to Marvin who listens with an open heart and Molly realizes that maybe Marvin can be the support person she needs.

Jordan decides he needs to stand up for himself with his hookup hottie, TallJock and admits he wants a relationship. Elle and Jordan discuss about what transpired between them and apologize.

Despite Marvin's medical trauma, he surprises Molly in recovery at the hospital. He isn't the only surprise: her mom, dad, Jordan and Elle have planned a surprise 'welcome home endo-party'.
