With Unikitty's help, he may be able to get it even when the Action Police plan to make sure he doesn't pass.

Intoxicated by the coolness of it, Unikitty takes on the persona of Batman and begins to fight crime. When she accidentally causes Master Frown to step up his crime game, she will need the help of her friends, dressed as Robin, to stop him.

The gang then chase after him to remove the bomb before he explodes, but he's too sad to listen.
