Storyline
Miles Daly works as muscle for a murderous crime ring in Nevada and attempts to change professions and become a movie producer, laundering money through a Hollywood film with the help of washed-up filmmaker Rick Moreweather. Based on Elmore Leonard’s 1990 New York Times bestselling novel.

In season one, Miles convinces washed up producer Rick Moreweather to film a period piece, a script he “procures” while working as muscle for a Nevada crime ring. Along with his criminal associate Louis, Miles attempts to keep his worlds from colliding as he balances the demands of filmmaking while keeping the suspicions of the crime ring’s chief, Amara and her dangerous nephew, Yago at bay.
