It was a cheap buy, but with so much work to do, the team has to work carefully to keep this Zombie from turning into a complete money pit.

Keith takes a dive into the swampy pool to try to find the drain, the team discovers what looks like a grave in the backyard, and what appears to be a rodent problem turns into a rewarding surprise.

At first, the team thinks that they're dealing with old termite damage and no live bugs, but the more they look, the more damage they find. They have to tent the house and then repair everything in the house from the floor up in order to turn this bug infestation into a home.

However, the team finds a way to come together despite the heat and create one of their most transformative flips to date.
