There's cheeky fun in regular hidden camera strand CCTV, as Charlotte infiltrates an office party, and Charlotte also dresses up as the Christmas fairy to name and shame the biggest 'Scrooge' in the studio audience.
Those who get the CC treatment in the second series include a best man at a wedding, who delivers a speech that has been subtly altered, and a hairdresser who is encouraged to be rude to her customers by Charlotte's wicked voice in her ear. And Charlotte's joined by top music acts McFly, Jamelia, Manic Street Preachers, and many more.
