Storyline
An inspector from the Educational Rights Protection Bureau (ERPB) who is authorized by the government to use physical intervention and unconventional methods to discipline delinquent students and reform the educational system.

With the passage of the law, a new government organization, the Educational Rights Protection Bureau, is formed. Na Hwa-jin belongs to the Educational Rights Protection Bureau. He is sent to a problem school as a supervisor. There, he can educate the students without any restrictions or limitations.
