The Arbitrator
The series tells the story of Nadav Feldman , a young social worker , who discovers that he is adopted and finds himself in the depths of his biological father's family, Baruch Asulin, a leader of an organized crime syndicate in Israel known as "Ha-Borer"(The Arbitrator), due to his activities as an arbitrator in disputes in the underworld. The series focuses on the combination of dramatic stretches , the conflict between the norms of society including crime, especially norms and codes of conduct of the underworld. Among other highlights of the series, in a satirical way, the contrast between certain behaviors of some of the heroes of the series (as a demonstration of piety) and other behaviors (such as the blatant disregard for human life).

The "Borer" (Moshe Ivgi) is rushed to the hospital following the assassination attempt. The rage of the Asulin family rises as Avi "The Spleen" plans a revenge on the one hand, while Nadav is looking for a legal way to catch the guilty in the assassination attempt on the other.

אבי חולם שהוא הולך לאחת ההצגות של קוקי וברקע מתנגן ה"שיר שלהם" הם רוקדים, ופתאום יש יריות ברקע והוא מואשם בהרג אישתו, הבורר מגלה שאבי שוב בוגד באישתו עם קוקי ומתעמת איתו וזה מגיע למצב של מכות ביניהם ופרוק האימפריה, אבי נשבע שהוא יפתח אימפריה חדשה וטובה יותר.

עידן רומי משיג אקדח ונכנס למועדון של הפרסי, הוא מבקש ממנו להצטרף אילו כדי לחסל את נדב פלדמן אבל רון לא מסכים ואומר שעדיף לו עם המועדון שלו, עידן הולך לחסל את נדב ולעשות מכה של כסף לבד וכאשר הוא נכנס לדירת המסתור של נדב מחכה לו הפתעה גדולה.

נדב ואורנה נפרדים ומבטלים את החתונה שלהם, לאחר מכן, נדב מספר את שקרה לו לאבי ואלה רבים ביניהם על עניין האמפריה, בעוד אבי מתכנן להקים אמפרייה חדשה יחד עם קוקי והפרסי, נעומי מתכננת טיסה לקברי צדיקים בפולין ונפגשת עם אורנה על מנת לקבל את שמו של העובר ז"ל אך לאחר הכל, הבורר מבקר את אורנה בבית החולים וביחד עם נדב הם מכינים לה הפתעה ולבסוף נדב ואורנה מתחתנים בטקס קטן ופשוט.

הבורר ורון הפרסי מתכננים את נפילתו של אוהד וזה לבסוף נופל ברשת של נטלי שנשלחה לפתות אותו. יגאל הנאצי מתחיל לעבוד מתחת למחתרת ויוצר יחסים עם בתו של יוסי. בנוסף אבי עוזב את אשתו ועובר לגור עם קוקי ולאחר שהוא מגלה שנדב מחליף אותו בעסק הוא מתעצבן ומחליט לצאת נגדו.

העניינים בין הבורר לנדב מסתדרים וגילה שרואה זאת מחליטה לקחת עניינים ליידים וליישם דברים הבורר מראה לנדב מה צריך לעשות בשעת בגידה, ובנוסף בולדוג מחליט להופיע בבית ולספר לבורר את הסוד הגדול אבל הוא לא מספר הכל.

נדב לאחר שמגלה שרון הפרסי הוא זה שהרג את הילד שלו ואת הסיכוי שלו לילד בעתיד, נוקם בו בדרכו שלו וזה לאחר שהתגלה כבר לבורר על ידי בולדוג הופך להיות עניין רציני, נדב מחליט שאסור לרון להשאר בחיים והוא נרצח לפני שנכנס לכלא ונקבר על ידי בולדוג עם הכלב שלו.
