The Richie Rich/Scooby-Doo Show and Scrappy Too! is a package show produced by Hanna-Barbera Productions in 1980 for ABC Saturday mornings. The program contained segments from Scooby-Doo and Scrappy-Doo and Richie Rich. The Scooby-Doo and Scrappy-Doo shorts represents the sixth show in which Scooby-Doo appears. This was the only Hanna-Barbera package series for which Scooby-Doo was given second billing and also notable for Richie Rich's debut in animation.

While out camping in the woods, Shaggy, who is asleep in his sleeping bag, is kidnapped by aliens, and it is up to Scooby and Scrappy to rescue him. The guys end up with a flat tire in front of an old mansion, and when a storm comes, they go inside for help and shelter. While inside they find it is inhabited by a vampire. Shaggy, Scooby and Scrappy get jobs as night watchmen for a Chinese Food Factory, but one night a ghost is seen lurking and is caught stealing the safe.

The guys hide from a sandstorm in an Arabian-style castle, where they encounter an evil magician who wants to test his spells on the guys. The guys are visiting Andes, where they meet up with an odd cat man and his feline companion; and when the guys shrink in the "shrinking pool", they look more and more like mice. The guys are in search of food and head over to Captain Jack's floating restaurant, but they soon discover they boarded a ship setting off for sea, and the crew will throw any stowaways overboard to the sharks.
