Weeds is a American series created by Jenji Kohan. The central character is a mother of two boys who begins attempting to sell cannabis to encourage her family after her husband dies of a heart attack, Nancy Botwin. Over the span of the show, she and her relatives become increasingly entangled in prohibited activities.
