After 17 years of marriage, Michael was taken aback when his husband suddenly left him. Up until that point, Michael believed his life was wonderful. Michael is forced to face two of his worst fears: the death of his life partner, who he considered to be his soulmate, and the abrupt realization that he is a single gay man in his mid-40s.
