The Tick: The Animated Series is an American animated television series adaptation of the New England Comics superhero, The Tick. The series debuted September 10, 1994 on the Fox Kids block of the Fox network and was responsible for introducing the funniest comic book character. Lasting 3 seasons, the last episode aired on November 2-4, 1996. Ever since then, The Tick it has been released on VHS and DVD, and has been syndicated by networks, further increasing the cult following of the show. There was A live-action series created in 2001.
