Mafia is headquartered in America where assassinations are a normal happening on the streets. Infernoa mysterious organization, is supporting most of these dealings through the use of these near-invincible human weapon,"Phantom." One day, a Japanese tourist witnesses the most current murder of Phantom. Desperate to escape, the tourist hides in a secluded building. But, Phantom, revealed to be a new woman called Ein, and the leader of Inferno"Scythe Master" catches the tourist and brainwashes him. Given the name"Zwei," this peaceful tourist is presently a puppet of Inferno without the memories. Drawn to a world of lies, deceit, and violence, hopefully to one day recover his memories, Zwei must struggle to live and escape from the world where he is always on the brink of passing.
