A down and out cop lands the case of a life time when four suspects are snatched in the assassination attempt of a prime-time television reporter. The case turns out to be a sneaky labyrinth where absolutely nothing is what it resembles. The search of it leads him to the dark inferno - the 'Paatal Lok', and also to stunning explorations in the past of the four suspects.
