Piya, a seven-year-old elephant and the daughter of Oggy's Indian friends, is visiting for the summer. Oggy's routine will be thrown off by the elephant, who is sweet, carefree, and high-energy, but the blue cat will gain valuable experience as a surrogate parent. To the roaches, Piya represents a golden opportunity to further complicate Oggy's existence.
