Iron Chef is a Japanese tv cooking show. The collection, which originated on October 10, 1993, is a stylized cook off containing guest chefs challenging one of the show's resident"Iron Chefs" in a diligent cooking struggle assembled around a certain theme component. The series ended on September 24, 1999, although occasional specials were produced until 2002. The series aired episodes that were 309. Repeats are aired on the Cooking Channel at the USA and also on Special Broadcasting Service at Australia. Fuji TV will air a new variant of the show, titled Iron Chef.
