Overview

An incident is mentioned throughout Japan. The case calls for the Doizaki couple that murdered their 15-year-old daughter and hid her body in their house for 16 years. One day, housewife Toshiko Hagitani and Shigeko Maehata who works for a small editing firm visit. Toshiko informs Shigeko her 12-year-old son Hitoshi could have a unique potential to see other people's thoughts. She pulls out a picture. The film has a girl using a gray face lying at a home which has a bat-shaped weather vane on its roofing. The film seems to portray the incident involving the Doizaki couple. Hitoshi dies in a car collision, although shigeko decides to do some research. Meanwhile, the attorney for the Doizaki couple informs their next daughter Seiko that the bunch has cut all ties . Around that point, a student that was high is confined.
