After his mother passes away, Juri,16, and his father Jaschek relocate to a dilapidated apartment complex on the outskirts of town. Amidst Jaschek's efforts to start a new life for himself and his kid in his caretaker role, Juri comes to realize that the home has a savage life of its own and thrives off the anguish of its occupants.
