Eden of the East can be really a Japanese anime television show, that originated on the noitaminA time slot of Fuji TV on April 9, 2009. Created, directed and written by Kenji Kamiyama, it features character designs by Chika Umino and animation production by Generation I.G. Based on a classic story by Kamiyama, it is the primary original noitaminA collection. A compilation of the television show, Eden of The East Compilation: Air Communication, had a limited release on September 26, 2009. Two theatrical films have been released. Eden of the East Movie I: The King of Eden was released in Japan on November 28, 2009 and Eden of the East the Movie II: Paradise Lost, also the movie, was released on March 1-3, 2010. It show and both films are licensed for release in the united states from Funimation Entertainment. On the FUNimation Channel, the show made its North American introduction on December 27, 2010.
