The show is a prequel, featuring Flint Lockwood, the young scientist at the films' senior high school years. In his adventures, he'll be joined by Sam Sparks, a new girl in town and the institution's"wannabe" reporter, combined side Flint's dad Tim, Steve the Monkey, Manny while the mind of the institution's audio visual club, Earl like a school gymnasium teacher, Brent like a kid wear model, also Mayor Shelbourne, who wins every election on the pro-sardine platform.
