Overview
Claymore is a moody dream manga series illustrated and written by Norihiro Yagi. The series originally triumphed from the now defunct Monthly Sh?nen Jump at the May 2001 issue. When the magazine has been pinpointed in June 2007, the series was briefly moved to Weekly Sh?nen Bound in which it was published yearly. When Jump Square was introduced in November 2007, the series was moved to it. The individual chapters have been published in tank?bon amounts by Shueisha, with 23 volumes released as of December 2012. Madhouse accommodated this series' initial eleven volumes into a episode anime series. Directed by Hiroyuki Tanaka the series premiered on NTV and conducted until September 25, 2007. A CD soundtrack for the arcade series, and a CD of character songs using the arcade voice actresses were released on September 27, 2007 and July 25, 2007 . The Claymore manga is accredited to get an English language launch in the United States from Viz Media. It contains released 21 volumes as of November 6, 2012 and released the first level of this series on April 4, 2006. The adaptation is licensed for release in the united states from Funimation Entertainment, which released the series on and has released the first DVD. Madman Entertainment has licensed the anime for launch and also the arcade is sub-licenced from Manga Entertainment to get UK distribution.
