Host Molly Yeh tests the ice cream manufacturers to catch the essence of a star or popular culture icon in a new and also cutting-edge ice cream taste, motivated by the direction provided from the star themselves. In each episode, the rivals use a particularly created ice cream laboratory on the Ben & Jerry's manufacturing facility premises in Waterbury, Vermont. After creating their productions, the competitors struck the streets to have the public elect their favored taste, with the winner earning immunity from removal. Judges Jet and Ali Tila and Ben & Jerry's Flavor Master Chris Rivard figure out which competitor was the least successful, sending that gelato maker residence which flavor to the notorious Ben & Jerry's Flavor Graveyard.
