Overview
As hands are shaking with Joey if he is transformed by his disgruntled side-kick into a helpless puppet superhero Captain Atomic suffers a setback. The unexpectedly not-so-super super-hero understands that the only way they could regain his former forces is to form teams with the boy. The two form an awkward and unlikely partnership which lets them develop into the city's hottest superhero duo--known as Puppet.
