It's a lot of fun for the Warner siblings Yakko and Wakko, as well as Dot, to make people's lives a mess and make them angry. As soon as the Animaniacs get back to their favorite place at Warner Bros. Water Tower, they start making a mess and making people laugh. They run around the studio, making the world their own playground, making everyone laugh. Yakko, Wakko, and Dot, as well as Pinky and the Brain, will join them in their quest to rule the world.
