“Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair” Trailer Previews the Full Uncut Version of Tarantino’s Action Classic

Two decades after its original release, Quentin Tarantino’s Kill Bill returns as The Whole Bloody Affair — the complete, uncut version combining Vol. 1 and Vol. 2 into one ultimate revenge epic.

Buckle up, movie fans — two decades after Kill Bill Vol. 1 and Vol. 2 first hit theaters, Quentin Tarantino’s revenge saga is finally returning in the form he always envisioned. Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair unites both volumes into one continuous, adrenaline-fueled masterpiece — now featuring never-before-seen footage.

Earlier this year, it was confirmed that the long-awaited uncut edition would receive a wide release. Previously, The Whole Bloody Affair was shown only on rare occasions, most notably at Tarantino’s own New Beverly Cinema in Los Angeles.

Now, fans can finally get a glimpse of this complete version through its newly released trailer. While we’ve all seen Kill Bill before, this preview offers fresh details and subtle additions that hint at what to expect from Tarantino’s ultimate cut.

Watch the trailer here:

Yes, it’s Kill Bill — Uma Thurman slicing through foes as the Bride, David Carradine delivering his trademark menace as Bill, and Quentin Tarantino blending samurai cinema and spaghetti western flair into one bloody spectacle. But this time, there’s more than nostalgia to look forward to. Along with a brand-new seven-minute extension to the anime sequence, The Whole Bloody Affair brings several exciting updates.

Most notably, the iconic House of Blue Leaves showdown — the blood-soaked finale of Vol. 1, where the Bride faces off against the Crazy 88 — will now be shown entirely in full color. In the original release, the scene famously switched to black and white to avoid an NC-17 rating due to its extreme violence.

The trailer also teases glimpses of Vol. 2’s black-and-white opening scene — the fourth-wall-breaking “I am gonna kill… Bill…” moment — suggesting that Tarantino’s definitive cut may weave the two volumes together in new and unexpected ways.
