Overview
The Hong Kong Police placed 1000 under cover officers to bring down the criminal association in hongkong. Once one officer's identity is discovered and he's killed, the pressure is put on one gang, suspicious of each other and everybody else around them. Murder, deceit and betrayal bring this set of'brothers'' into an accident with regulations, and one another.
