Overview
The newly recruited agent Justin Rosa is tasked with keeping Eddie Flynn, a member of the cartel who deals in arms trafficking, alive at any costs. In order to spare Flynn's life when a SWAT squad arrives at his house, Rosa disregards established procedures and makes direct contact with the mafia. Mueller and Rosa make one last, desperate stand against the corrupt agents and officials who are attempting to destroy evidence and kill them both. Gunmen have just broken into the Wire Room, and chaos has broken out as a result of this.
