Overview
Shy and reserved, Claire Decker, 30 ish, is a part time researcher for Social Services. She disturbs instances where older persons have died leaving no indication of who must handle their estate. This time Claire is drawn into a puzzling murder case. Even the police were not able decipher the casualty's identity, and sometimes even to address the crime. A beautiful and enigmatic young blonde, known only as"The White Orchid," was brutally murdered. As Claire is drawn deeper and more sexually into the woman's own life, she finds herself taking dangerous chances and hammering on professional and personal bounds.
