Overview
Favoring pedigree dogs, a new regulation puts a tax on mixed strains. Owners dump shelters and their dogs become over crowded. 13-year-old Lili fights to protect her Hagen, however, her daddy eventually sets the dog free on the streets. Hagen along with his master search that is pretty desperately until Lili for each other loses beliefs. Struggling to live, displaced Hagen realizes not every one is a dog's best friend. Hagen joins a gang of stray dogs, but is soon caught and shipped into the pound. With little confidence inside there, the dogs may grab a chance to revolt and flee against mankind. Their payback will probably be merciless. Lili may be alone that are able to stop this war between dog and person.
