Overview
After yakuza boss Kurata strikes their very own independent empire, a rival kingpin offers a posture to Kurata's top operative, Tetsuya"Phoenix Tetsu" Hondo. When the loyal Tetsu declines, the Otsuka taps un-stoppable Tatsuzo the"Viper", a callous gun for hire, to assassinate him. While his aim is trailed by the Viper through the countryside, the Loaded Phoenix Tetsu grows concerned that he has been murdered by one of his former partners.
