The Wind in the Willows (1983)
Overview
One spring, Mole decides that he can put off spring cleaning for a little longer and goes on a series of adventures with his new friend Rat. They go on a caravan trip with Toad and have a picnic by the river. But when Toad gets a new car, he starts driving recklessly, so Mole and Rat go to Badger for help with Toad's wasteful habits. But Toad gets away from them, and the judge gives him a 20-year sentence for theft, reckless driving, and Gross Impertinence. While Toad works his charms on the jailer's daughter and gets out of jail dressed as a washer woman, Badger tries to protect Toad Hall from the Weasels' schemes and gets badly beaten. And it will take a plan of attack and the help of all four friends to get Toad Hall back.
