Overview
When Nick DeMarco, a small-time con artist, receives an order from his parole officer ordering him to work as a department store Santa over the holiday season, he resents it. As he nears the end of his first shift, he hastily promises a small boy named Billy that Santa will get his divorced parents back together by Christmas. At some point, Nick resolves that he will fulfill his commitment to the child. When he meets Carol, the boy's mother, will Nick decide to put the happiness of others ahead of his own after all?
