Overview
The tale of the Podolsk cadets' brave stand outside Moscow in October 1941. Cadets were sent out to the Ilyinsky line, dealing with alongside units from the Soviet 43rd Military to hold back the German advance up until reinforcements got here. Hopelessly outnumbered, young men laid down their lives in a battle lasting virtually 2 weeks to block the far superior German forces advancing in the direction of Moscow. Around 3,500 cadets as well as their commanders were sent out to hold up the last line of protection outside Moscow. A lot of them remained there for eternity.
