Overview
The Joke Thief takes us on a journey of one person's last hurrah. Simon McCabe can be really just a stand up. His life he has been this party's lifetime, but he is tired, unhappy and washed up since he has never received a break due to a reputation of joke lurking. One night, his longtime friend and fellow comedian frees a comedy club owner to give Simon some stage time plus one last shot. Simon takes us on a yearlong journey of his own life, as he replays straight back moments in an emotional set of flashbacks which made him that the man that is funny that he is now.
